Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Your report suggests that you have bulky uterus with thickened endometrial thickness and rest all appears normal and with in limits.
2.Bulky uterus is seen in the inflammatory changes / hormonal cause in the uterine myometrium - common possible diagnosis id adenomyosis or the uterus.
3.The treatment in this will be hormonal treatment.
4.thickened endometrium is not mentioned how much, up to some extent its normal but since you are bleeding possibility of thickened ET is possible.
5.Endometritis - inflammatory cause can cause these changes.
6.TAke an appointment with gynaecology - and get needful treatment - mostly hormonal therapy. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
